A bold re-envisioning of history by award-winning Wiradjuri poet and artist Jazz Money is having the South Australian premiere this March, with a Gala screening and Q&A.

WINHANGANHA, a Wiradjuri word that can be translated to ‘remember, know, think’, is a lyrical journey of archival footage and sound, poetry and original composition. It is an examination of how archives and the legacies of collection affect First Nations people and wider Australia, told through the lens of acclaimed Wiradjuri artist and poet, Jazz Money.

Money brings together film, television, audio and music from the advent of these technologies, and weaves them into a five-act poem acknowledging the horrors, joys and beauties held within the archive.
