MERCURY CX GIVES BACK
Mercury CX is committed to supporting the emerging and developing sector of the screen industry. With the country in various stages of lockdown and many unable to work, in support of our struggling community we are delivering the national MCX Screenmakers Conference, Pitch Market and Lab 2021 as a series of online and interactive events delivered one month apart. With such a huge line-up of events, we wanted to make the entire program affordable and accessible for as many delegates as possible across the country and give flexibility for delegates to choose their level of participation and engagement.

The Out of The Box lab was a brilliant experience and subsequently having the opportunity to create a format series from our original idea was a blast. With the support of the amazing Mercury CX and Channel 44, Recipe For Love became a reality. The finished series screened on both Channel 44 and Channel 31, premiered internationally in competition at SeriesFest7 (Denver, CO) and was picked up for international representation by format specialist sales agents, Media Ranch Inc. It has also been nominated for 7 community TV Antenna Awards including Program of the Year. Don’t think about doing this lab, just do it!
