We are so excited for the return of our highly competitive Quicksilver Production Funding Initiative! This year we are funding a massive 12 projects including 2 First Nations projects.

x2 First Nations Short Films OR Proof of Concepts at 8k
FIRST NATIONS INFORMATION NIGHT

WHAT ARE WE FUNDING
Short narrative and documentary films – up to 15min end run time
Web Series projects totalling 15min

For the First Nations Projects, we are open to short films or proof of concept that are 5-7min in length.

Each selected project will include 1 mentor for a
Key Creative or HOD of your choice.

First Nations Projects will be matched with a mentor for either the Writer, Director, Producer or a collective project-based mentor.

Submissions are to be made by the Producer of the project and that person must be a Mercury Subscriber. Make sure to read the Quicksilver guidelines to ensure you and your project are eligible for funding.
Those looking to submit a project can take advantage of our Script Consultations throughout August and early September to receive feedback and advice on their projects and applications.
